Peak Elevation Consulting was founded by Greg DiFalco in 2010 to provide companies of all sizes with the level of service you have come to expect from a larger consulting firm.  The goal is to provide personalized service based on the problem at hand without the focus or the need to unload newbie consultants, aka “backing up the bus”, on to your account.

Peak Elevation Consulting is a small and nimble firm that focuses on your unique needs and develops a solution that fits your company.  There is rarely a one size fits all approach in life, so why do consulting firms try to do that to fix a business or technology problem?  Peak Elevation Consulting’s approach is to provide a customized solution to your problem at hand by leveraging methodologies and experience built over many years.

About Greg DiFalco, PMP
Greg DiFalco is a management consultant who has helped clients in a variety of industries solve business and technology problems for over ten years.  Prior to founding Peak Elevation Consulting, Greg was a Manager for a global consulting firm where he managed both domestic and international projects.  Over his career, he has gained a broad range of experience working in a variety of functional and technical roles.  All of these perspectives have given Greg the ability to deliver seamlessly across both technology and functional projects.  He founded Peak Elevation Consulting to focus on helping companies “connect the dots” between their business/processes and their technology to drive improvements to their bottom line.
